Chantry Architects worked closely with the client and planning consultant to develop a scheme of 10no. new build houses on this large rural site in Buckinghamshire. The scheme maximises the site available and creates an attractive community of family homes arranged around a new access road and turning head. The houses are traditional in style, but, maximise the floor space but using all the available roof space to provide additional bedrooms. The project is currently still at the planning stage.
